The house sits on one acre in the village of Germantown. A front porch surrounded by perennial flower gardens and an enclosed breakfast porch. There is the most splendid pink magnolia sending kisses into the spring.

Bedrooms

There are 4.5 bedrooms, (the 1/2 now is a nursery, previously a study/office).
The master bedroom, includes 2 closets, (one a walk in) and a full bathroom.
Each bedroom has beautiful light, full closets, and built ins.

Floors and Hallways

Downstairs the floors are beautiful wood parquet, laid by master carpenters almost 100yrs ago. They are intricatly designed with beautiful and delicate handwork.
Upstairs the wood floors have been painted a high gloss white, which brings a heavenly quality to the space.

Living Rooms and Dining Room

Downstairs there are two Living rooms, a dining room, eat in kitchen, guestbedroom with a powder room.
The front living room has a 'Defiant' woodstove that has the capacity to heat the entire house comfortably with wood. There are beautiful period collumns, amazing parquet floors, and many beautiful south facing windows in this cozy space.
The second and main living room, includes beautiful built in book shelves, a working fireplace, a wonderful open floor plan that allows you to see through to the dining room and kitchen, with access to the outside through a small and private closet that opens to either the enclosed front porch or through sliding doors to the front living room. This is a wonderful large family room.

There are 2 full bathrooms, (one en suite in the mater bedroom) and one 1/2 bathroom downstairs in the guest bedroom.
